Return must be received within 60 days. Only bars purchased from cookihaircare.com.au will be accepted, along with proof of purchase - this guarantee does not apply to 3rd party stores who sell our products. Refunds will be given back onto the same payment method.Â
You must not have used more than 25% of the bar. You will be refunded once we receive the item(s) back, so we do advise tracking to be used when returning products. We do not refund delivery or return shipping fees.Â
If you wish to exchange for another product, you will need to pay the new delivery fee.

Yes, we do! We offer a range of conditioner bars here. Each one is made to leave your hair soft, smooth, and tangle-free - they're designed to be mixed and matched, so either pick your favourite scent or match it to your shampoo bar.
All Cooki shampoo and conditioner bars are colour-safe on highlighted hair. For darker hair dyes or bright colours such as purple, red or blue, we recommend using our Rice Water Protein Shampoo Bar, which is actively colour-protective and designed to help defend against colour fading while gently cleansing the hair. This can be matched with any of our conditioner bars. We also have our best selling Purple Toning shampoo and matching conditioner bar specifically for blonde, grey or highlighted hair, which help to neutralise brassy yellow tones.

Great question! Just like regular conditioner doesn't lather, our conditioner bars are not designed to foam. Instead, they are a solid block of oils which you use to 'paint' directly onto your hair. Check out this video for instructions on how to activate and get the most out your conditioner. You’ll feel the softness as it melts in - no bubbles needed!
The best part is, each conditioner bar lasts many months - they're incredibly economical. They're also very lightweight and won't weigh down your hair, so if you have fine or limp hair that tends to go flat with heavy creams, you'll absolutely love Cooki conditioner bars.
All our bars are proudly low tox and contain no parabens, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, silicones, PEGs or synthetic fragrance. If you’re playing it super safe and are also looking to avoid essential oils during pregnancy, we suggest you go for our Coconut Shampoo and Conditioner or our Argan Shampoo, which contain no essential oils. (Please note, the Argan & Jasmine Conditioner does have Jasmine Essential Oil).
Our sulfate-free Rice Water Protein Shampoo Bar is specifically formulated for keratin-treated or permed hair, and can be safely paired with any of our conditioner bars. This shampoo is also colour-protective on dark or bright (pink/blue/red) hair dye, helping to reduce premature colour fade. All other Cooki shampoo bars including this one are safe to use on highlights.
