Shipping policy
Cooki Haircare is an Australian company based in NSW, Australia. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney in recycled cardboard filled with water soluble, compostable and biodegradable packing peanuts made from cornstarch.
Orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours. (Mon - Fri, excluding NSW public holidays). This is excluding busy periods - including, but not limited to, sale periods such as Black Friday, where there might be a slight delay.
Shipping Costs
Australia:
Shipping has a flat rate Australia-wide of $9.45, with free delivery over AUD$69.
New Zealand:
Shipping has a flat rate NZ-wide of NZD$9.99, with free shipping over NZD$69.
USA:
Shipping has a flat rate US-wide of USD$9.99, with free shipping over USD$59.
Canada:
Shipping has a flat rate Canada-wide of CAD$12.99, with free shipping over CAD$69.
UK, EU and EFTA:
Shipping is AUD$19 (approx £10), with free shipping over AUD$89.
Singapore:
Shipping is SGD$14.99, with free shipping over SGD$89.
Shipping Timeframes
AUSTRALIA:
To capital cities in Australia: 2-5 working days
To rural Australia: 6-12 working days
INTERNATIONAL:
To New Zealand: 2-5 working days (metro) and 6-12 working days (rural)
To USA and Canada: 5-9 working days
To Europe: 6-9 working days
Tracking
All of our orders are shipped with tracking, and your tracking information will be sent to you after dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the tracking. If the parcel is late or is not delivered, please notify us by email no later than 5 days after it is considered late or delivered. This is the time frame given to us by our couriers, and therefore we can not be held responsible for any missing/late packages after this time frame.
All of our deliveries have ATL - 'Authority to Leave' at a safe location, so please check for this, as fairly regularly the courier will place your parcel somewhere near your front door and out of the weather if they can.
Please note, you are responsible for listing the correct delivery address on your order - if it is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee for the re-delivery cost.
