How to use:
1. Start at the ends – Gently detangle from the bottom up to minimise pulling and prevent breakage.
2. Use on wet, damp or dry hair – This lightweight brush is ideal for post-shower detangling or everyday smoothing. Use with conditioner in the shower or after towel-drying for best results.
3. Style as you go – The design allows air to flow through, helping speed up drying time when used with a hair dryer.
4. Be kind to your scalp – The flexible bristles glide smoothly while offering a gentle massage that feels good and helps distribute natural oils.
5. Rinse and repeat – Remove excess hair after use and rinse bristles gently with warm water and mild soap if needed. Air dry in a clean, dry spot.

They will see if we can help you resolve the issue, or alternatively provide you with the returns info (customers are responsible for shipping and return shipping fees).
Conditions
Return must be received within 60 days. Only products purchased from our website will be accepted along with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be given back onto the same payment method.
You must not have used more than 25% of the bar. You will be refunded once we receive the bar back, so we do advise tracking to be used when returning products. We do not refund any delivery or return shipping fees, but refund you the cost of our products in full.
Please note that if you wish to exchange for another product, you will be responsible for paying the new delivery fee.
