The Coconut Conditioner Bar is our richest formula for dry, grey or curly hair. It's gentle and low scent, making it suitable for normal, dry or sensitive scalps. It also contains no essential oils unlike many of our other bars, making it a more sensitive skin and pregnancy safe option. If you have fine, oily or limp hair, we recommend our lighter Argan Oil & Jasmine Conditioner or our most lightweight Ginger Conditioner formulas instead.

How to use:
Wet Cooki Shampoo Bar in hands until it begins to lather. Run bar through wet hair from root to tip and massage until hair is lathered. Rinse out with water.
After rinsing out shampoo, wet Cooki Conditioner Bar in hands and rub gently. Run bar through wet hair from root to tip and massage until hair is lightly coated. Rinse out with water. If you get the conditioner in your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
To keep your bars in good condition and long lasting, allow to dry in between washes. We recommend using a drainer which can let the Cooki dry thoroughly. You can purchase the perfect sustainable bamboo drainer, or use something similar.
One 75g Cooki Conditioner Bar can last as long as three 250g plastic bottles of conditioner. Cooki is great for your hair, and great for the environment.

Good and lightweight, it glides on the hair really easily with a nice mild scent. However I tried both this one and the Argan Oil & Jasmine Conditioner and definitely preferred that one because my hair is dry and tends to knot easily. The Coconut Conditioner wasn't heavy enough for me and is probably better for really fine or oilier hair types.
This conditioner bar has a gentle coconut fragrance. I have short hair and I don't need much product to condition my hair. It gives your hair a lovely finish.
I use the bamboo drainers to ensure I get maximum life out of the bar. It's a really great product.

The smell is divine and tropical never tried shampoo / cond bars before and im growing out my hair from a pixie and from remission from cancer plus im ash blonde its was a little dry but my hair has become so soft and shiny within the first time trying it and growing really fast and thick. im finding i dont need to wash my hair as often i can go 3 days without washing it and its still soft.

I can't get enough of the shampoos and conditioners. We are currently loving the coconut conditioner and the lemon shampoo. Both my daughter and I have really thick hair, with these products we only have to wash our hair once a week. Our hair stays super clean and luscious.
This conditioner is amazing. I use alot of it as my hair is longer. Yet I still have alot of the bar to go. That has impressed me. I also let it sit in my hair for a couple of minutes if I am not rushed before I rinse. That helps soften my dry ends of hair more.
I put the bar itself on my hair a bit at a time and run it down and through my hair so then I know all my ends are covered where I want it.
I make sure my ends are definitely soaked in it just because my hair is abit more coarser as its going grey.

Love this coconut bar conditioner. First time I have tried a bar conditioner, you wet it down and rub it between your hands. It doesn’t get “foamy “ like the shampoo bar, but doesn’t let that fool you, it does work wonders. Your hair will feel clean and soft.
Loved the scent but found it a bit hard to understand how long to rub it on my hair. I have think dry hair - and it didn’t really feel like it was coating my hair. Washed out well and dried nicely but - still clueless on how long yo rub it on my hair for

Hi Leanne, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review for us. Conditioner from a bar is extremely odd to use if the bar doesn’t fully activate. I'd recommend to try leaving the conditioner sitting in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes. That way you get a lot more product off it at a time, and it glides like a dream. I also recommend popping over to any of our conditioner bar pages on the site as we have an instructional video which is super helpful and explains how to use these and what to expect. Once you get the hang of using them, they work just like normal conditioner and also last a very long time!

All Cooki shampoo and conditioner bars are palm oil free, plus also cruelty-free and vegan. None of our products are tested on animals. Please note that the only ingredient in our range which is not vegan is the Pearl Powder in our Hand & Body Soap, which is derived in a cruelty-free process from oysters - but oysters are not killed in the extraction process.

In fact, most people find the opposite with our shampoo and conditioner bars, because we cut out the harsh ingredients, and use natural oils which help cleanse and nourish the hair. Many people find their hair feeling super soft even after their first wash!

All Cooki bars are gentle enough to be used on coloured hair and have not in our experience caused premature colour fading. For darker hair dyes or bright colours such as purple or blue, we recommend using our Rice Water Protein Shampoo Bar, which is actively colour-protective and designed to help defend against colour fading while gently cleansing the hair. Great question! Just like regular conditioner doesn't lather, our conditioner bars are not designed to foam. Instead, they are a solid block of oils which you use to 'paint' directly onto your hair. Check out this video for instructions on how to activate and get the most out your conditioner. You’ll feel the softness as it melts in - no bubbles needed!
The best part is, each conditioner bar lasts many months - they're incredibly economical. They're also very lightweight and won't weigh down your hair, so if you have fine or limp hair that tends to go flat with heavy creams, you'll absolutely love Cooki conditioner bars.
