We aim for swift dispatch within 24 hours (Mon - Fri, excluding public holidays in NSW). Standard orders typically arrive in 2-5 working days, and Express orders are 1-2 working days.

In the unlikely event that you aren't 100% happy and wish to return something to us, please email us at hello@cookihaircare.com to speak to one of our friendly team. They will see if we can help you resolve the issue, or alternatively provide you with the returns info. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping fee, and we will refund for the cost of all items excluding shipping fees.

Conditions 

Return must be received within 60 days. Only bars purchased from cookihaircare.com.au will be accepted, along with proof of purchase - this guarantee does not apply to 3rd party stores who sell our products. Refunds will be given back onto the same payment method. 

You must not have used more than 25% of the bar. You will be refunded once we receive the item(s) back, so we do advise tracking to be used when returning products. We do not refund delivery or return shipping fees. 

If you wish to exchange for another product, you will need to pay the new delivery fee.

We want you to absolutely love our products or have your money back, so you're welcome to give them a go at home risk-free.

Yes, all of our Cooki formulas are proudly vegan, cruelty free, gluten free and palm oil free. None of our products are tested on animals, and no orangutan's home was destroyed in the making of our products.

They shouldn't, providing you have selected a high quality shampoo bar that is well suited to your hair. If you often suffer with dry hair, be sure to use our argan oil shampoo and conditioner bar or our coconut oil shampoo and conditioner bar. In fact, most people find the opposite with our shampoo and conditioner bars, because we cut out the harsh ingredients, and use natural oils which help cleanse and nourish the hair. Many people find their hair feeling super soft even after their first wash!

Your hair should feel amazing after using our shampoo and conditioner bars. If it feels like it's greasy or oily, you haven't washed the product out properly. It's surprising how little you need, because they are concernatre. You can also check out this blog here about changing to shampoo bars.

All Cooki bars are gentle enough to be used on coloured hair and have not in our experience caused any premature colour fading. We also have our best selling Purple Toning Shampoo Bar specifically for blonde and highlighted hair, which helps to neutralise brassy yellow tones.

Please note that if you are using a brightly coloured dye such as blue or purple, you'll notice fading faster than regular highlights, no matter which shampoo is used - these dye formulas will not last as long, so you will notice colour run-off in the shower when you wash your hair, and this is normal.

Great question! Just like regular conditioner doesn't lather, our conditioner bars are not designed to foam. Instead, they are a solid block of oils which you use to 'paint' directly onto your hair. Check out this video for instructions on how to activate and get the most out your conditioner. You’ll feel the softness as it melts in - no bubbles needed!

The best part is, each conditioner bar lasts many months - they're incredibly economical. They're also very lightweight and won't weigh down your hair, so if you have fine or limp hair that tends to go flat with heavy creams, you'll absolutely love Cooki conditioner bars.

All our bars are proudly low tox and contain no parabens, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, silicones, PEGs or synthetic fragrance. If you’re playing it super safe and are also looking to avoid essential oils during pregnancy, we suggest you go for our Coconut Shampoo and Conditioner or our Argan Shampoo, which contain no essential oils. (Please note, the Argan & Jasmine Conditioner does have Jasmine Essential Oil).
