How to Use Our Loofah Glove
1 - Wet the Glove – Soak it in warm water to soften the natural fibers.
2 - Lather Up – Apply Cold Process Soap to the glove and work up a lather.
3 - Exfoliate – Gently massage your skin in circular motions, focusing on rough areas.
4 - Rinse – Wash away dead skin cells and leftover product with warm water.
5 - Clean & Dry – Rinse the glove and hang it to dry after each use.

Return must be received within 60 days. Only bars purchased from our website will be accepted along with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be given back onto the same payment method.
You must not have used more than 25% of the bar. You will be refunded once we receive the bar back, so we do advise tracking to be used when returning products. We do not refund any delivery or return shipping fees, but refund you the cost of our products in full.
Please note that if you wish to exchange for another product, you will be responsible for paying the new delivery fee.
All Cooki shampoo and conditioner bars are palm oil free, plus also cruelty-free and vegan. None of our products are tested on animals. Please note that the only ingredient in our range which is not vegan is the Pearl Powder in our Hand & Body Soap, which is derived in a cruelty-free process from oysters - but oysters are not killed in the extraction process.
They shouldn't, providing you have selected a high quality shampoo bar that is well suited to your hair. If you often suffer with dry hair, be sure to use our argan oil shampoo and conditioner bar or our coconut oil shampoo and conditioner bar. In fact, most people find the opposite with our shampoo and conditioner bars, because we cut out the harsh ingredients, and use natural oils which help cleanse and nourish the hair. Many people find their hair feeling super soft even after their first wash!

All Cooki shampoo and conditioner bars are colour-safe on highlighted hair. For darker hair dyes or bright colours such as purple, red or blue, we recommend using our Rice Water Protein Shampoo Bar, which is actively colour-protective and designed to help defend against colour fading while gently cleansing the hair. This can be matched with any of our conditioner bars. Great question! Just like regular conditioner doesn't lather, our conditioner bars are not designed to foam. Instead, they are a solid block of oils which you use to 'paint' directly onto your hair. Check out this video for instructions on how to activate and get the most out your conditioner. You’ll feel the softness as it melts in - no bubbles needed!
The best part is, each conditioner bar lasts many months - they're incredibly economical. They're also very lightweight and won't weigh down your hair, so if you have fine or limp hair that tends to go flat with heavy creams, you'll absolutely love Cooki conditioner bars.
All our bars are proudly low tox and contain no parabens, phenoxyethanol, phthalates, silicones, PEGs or synthetic fragrance.
