How to use:
Wet Cooki Shampoo Bar in hands until it begins to lather. Run bar through wet hair from root to tip and massage until hair is lathered. Rinse out with water.
After rinsing out shampoo, wet Cooki Conditioner Bar in hands and rub gently. Run bar through wet hair from root to tip and massage until hair is lightly coated . Rinse out with water. If you get the conditioner in your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
To keep your shampoo bar in good condition and long lasting, allow to dry in between washes. We recommend using a drainer which can let the Cooki dry thoroughly. You can purchase the perfect sustainable bamboo drainer, or use something similar.
Our bars are refillable, just buy the shampoo and conditioner refill next time for a complete zero waste hair care.

It started with one! Love them all. Rice water one is my most recent and it’s so gentle, slightly different texture but foams well and rinses squeaky clean. I paired with the Coconut conditioner and couldn’t be happier with results. Keeps flyaways in check and like all the other Cooki bars, my long fine hair is less reactive to humidity!
Lathers really well for a bar. Most don’t. So it goes such a long way and the bar is huge so lasts a long time. Price is thus very reasonable. I like it the best so far out of all the shampoo bars I’ve tried
I introduced these shampoo bars to my son and he is loving the ease of using them, the generous lather for minimal usage, and is hopeful of seeing some regrowth results from consistent use of this particular one, in cooperation with the Ginger Conditioner Bar.
Loving these products! We use the rice protein shampoo (as suggested by Jaimee in a little one on one consult) and argan oil conditioner. We've used 2-3x a wk for a month now. My daughter and I both use them. Our hair feels as good as when I was using salon quality shampoo and conditioners.
The shampoo has a lower scent than I like, but it doesn't matter because the conditioner scent is applied with every wash and has a work perfume fragrance!
The conditioner has a beautiful scent! Glides on my hair and feels fresh and silky smooth after rinsing out.
I also purchased the moisture treatment, which smells like a freshly made chai latte! I apply this after each wash only, not daily. Delicious fragrance and feels smooth on my ends.
I am very satisfied with all of my products. I changed mostly for hormonal reasons, but love that there's no packaging waste and zero plastic use.

What a sensational product! My husband and I hiked the Camino Portuguese in April. I needed a travel shampoo so I thought I would try Cookie. The weight and packaging are ideal for backpacking. Just 3 swipes on my short hair gave the most incredible lather without stripping. It also replaced my body wash and face cleanser. My FIFO husband was so impressed with how well Cookie performed, he now takes one of work. Cookie is now my everyday shampoo - it’s that good.

My hair is fine and very straight, I have found is extremely difficult to find a shampoo and conditioner that doesn't make my hair feel weighed down and flat, until now. My hair feels so light and might I even say 'bouncy' (I've never used that word before to describe my hair 😄). I waited this long to give a review as I wanted to see if it lasted and wasn't just a change in shampoo that made the difference like it has in the past for other shampoos in the short term but after a week it went back to lank again. I have been using the Rice Water Protein shampoo bar and Ginger Conditioner for the last several weeks. It lathers so easily, I get squeaky clean hair and I am enjoying it. We are traveling shortly so it will be a bonus to tuck in my bathroom bag for easy care. Although I am not losing hair it is thinning and I am hopeful the continued use of the bar will help reduce this. My hair does feel glossier, bouncier and healthier which is a start. Hopefully I can report back in a few months with more results. Highly recommended.
As my family and I have chemical sensitivity it was so nice to be able to find a shampoo and conditioner with no and low scents. I love these products and would recommend that you give them a try. Hi, currently travelling. Loving how easy my shampoo and conditioner are to carry with us. Take up little space. Easy fit into my robe pocket to the shower amenities. The shampoo has many uses. Hair, body (when hubby leaves the soap bar, at the last camp site) wash out clothes. Leaving every thing, including my hair lovely and soft.

This is a great product. I originally purchased to take on a cruise, to avoid taking my normal shampoo and conditioner bottles, however I love them so much and how well they clean my hair, that I’ve continued to use them when I returned home. Highly recommend!

I have been using the Rice Water shampoo and ginger conditioner bar for a few weeks now. I love how the shampoo lathers and actually purchased the cinnamon bar as well from The Health Shop. I love this one as well. I find the conditioner doesn't give my hair enough moisture though. I have coloured hair and it feels a lot dryer since i swapped conditioners.
Hopefully i can find one that is good for dry hair.
Will keep using the products. I love supporting local business and I love that there is no plastic and everything is natural.
I have regular keratin treatments in my hair & find this easy to use and gives me a good result; easy to blowdry after use and great to put in the tin when travelling.

I was a little hesitant about using Cooki shampoo bars as I have vibrant dyed purple hair. I ordered the Rice water protein shampoo bar with the coconut conditioner. I love the way the shampoo bar lathers and the conditioner makes my hair feel great. I took them on a cruise and it was so convenient in the tins compared to taking the travel bottles. I missed out getting the tin trays in my order because they were out of stock but when the come in stock I could not justify paying the 9.00 delivery fee on the 3.00 order so I just dried them out on the bamboo trays instead. I would recommend using this product to my friends.

All Cooki shampoo and conditioner bars are palm oil free, plus also cruelty-free and vegan. None of our products are tested on animals. Please note that the only ingredient in our range which is not vegan is the Pearl Powder in our Hand & Body Soap, which is derived in a cruelty-free process from oysters - but oysters are not killed in the extraction process.

Great question! Just like regular conditioner doesn't lather, our conditioner bars are not designed to foam. Instead, they are a solid block of oils which you use to 'paint' directly onto your hair. Check out this video for instructions on how to activate and get the most out your conditioner. You’ll feel the softness as it melts in - no bubbles needed!
