How to use:
Wet Cooki Shampoo Bar in hands until it begins to lather. Run bar through wet hair from root to tip and massage until hair is lathered. Rinse out with water.
After rinsing out shampoo, wet Cooki Conditioner Bar in hands and rub gently. Run bar through wet hair from root to tip and massage until hair is lightly coated . Rinse out with water. If you get the conditioner in your eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.
To keep your shampoo bar in good condition and long lasting, allow to dry in between washes. We recommend using a drainer which can let the Cooki dry thoroughly. You can purchase the perfect sustainable bamboo drainer, or use something similar.
Our bars are refillable, just buy the shampoo and conditioner refill next time for a complete zero waste care.

This shampoo actually works great. It lathers up fantastic, smell nice and is not the plastic kind you used to get back in the day. I used to get my shampoos from HappySoaps, but as they are located in the Netherlands it doesn't make sense buying from them. I am glad I found myself a local alternative!

I have been using bar shampoo for many years. I have short hair and would usually shampoo twice and then conditioner once. But with Cooki only need to shampoo once!...it lathers up nicely...my hair feels lovely and soft and sits nicely all day. I can even get an extra day between washes.🤗....very pleased with my purchase....conditioner as well. I haven't used the metal things. The bamboo soap holder is working well.

I have been using cooki for over a year & love the range, was over taking my dog to dog wash places & paying 10-15 dollars per wash & still not coming up clean, so i decided to use the normal shampoo bar on him at home & OMG His coat came up so clean, his white patches were white again, he has a better shine to his coat & 2 weeks later he still looks & feels clean, so it worked well on my dog which I was so happy

My only concern is how long the bar will last as it does get quite soft, otherwise I am very happy.

Hi Christine, I am so thrilled to hear you are loving the bars! If your bar is staying mushy, there will either be a ventilation issue, a humidity issue, or an incidental water splashing issue. The good news is you can pop your bar in the fridge for 20 minutes and it will fully reset good as new! Try storing it higher up away from a direct stream of water, and if your bathroom stays quite moist or is humid, you can try storing your bar outside the bathroom overnight to see if this fixes it. The conditioner bars are a hard block of solid oils and a totally different formulation, so they weather water better than our shampoo bars. My best tip here is to check your shampoo bar regularly and observe whether it's resetting properly within about 8-12 hours of showering. If it doesn't, pop it in the fridge for 20 minutes where it will reset again like magic, and then change where you're storing it. Any time a bar goes soft, popping it in the fridge is a miracle trick to fix it again good as new.

I alternate between the Jasmine & cypress and the purple shampoo bar as I have naturally blonde hair going grey. I love the smell and how it leaves my hair soft and clean. It lathers up well. These bars are great when travelling and they don't leak like shampoo bottles.

The best shampoo I've ever used! it smells divine, cleans so well and leaves my hair feeling soft and light without it feeling dry. All Cooki shampoo and conditioner bars are palm oil free, plus also cruelty-free and vegan. None of our products are tested on animals. Please note that the only ingredient in our range which is not vegan is the Pearl Powder in our Hand & Body Soap, which is derived in a cruelty-free process from oysters - but oysters are not killed in the extraction process.

Great question! Just like regular conditioner doesn't lather, our conditioner bars are not designed to foam. Instead, they are a solid block of oils which you use to 'paint' directly onto your hair. Check out this video for instructions on how to activate and get the most out your conditioner. You’ll feel the softness as it melts in - no bubbles needed!
